Threadlocker
The adhesives in this line allow you to lock and brake any threaded fastening parts (screws, nuts, bolts, etc.) preventing spontaneous loosening due to vibrations and/or impacts.
The adhesive completely fills the gaps between threaded couplings and permanently locks threads and joints.
SPEED BOND F-150
High strength, general purpose. For fastening gears, pulleys, impellers, rings, shafts, rotors, bushings, bushings, bearings, screws and nuts with fine and precision threads.
Available in bottles of 10 ml, 50 ml, 250 ml and cans of 3 and 6 kg.
SPEED BOND F-400
High resistance. For permanent assembly of fittings subject to high temperature peaks (220°C). Compressor heads.
Available in 10 ml, 50 ml, 250 ml bottles and 3 and 6 kg cans.
SPEED BOND F-500
High strength, general purpose. To lock studs and threads from M14 to M40, to seal and lock cylindrical couplings and threaded parts (gas pitch up to ½”) in pneumatic, oleodynamic and hydraulic circuits.
Available in 10 ml, 50 ml, 250 ml bottles and 3 and 6 kg cans.
SPEED BOND M-150
Medium strength. For securing bearings, bushings, splines, keys and other smooth fits where easier disassembly is required.
Available in 10 ml, 50 ml, 250 ml bottles and 3 and 6 kg cans.
SPEED BOND M-500
Medium strength. Suitable for sealing fittings in pneumatic and hydraulic circuits up to ¾”, replaces washers, self-locking screws, locknuts, eliminates corrosion seizure, it is the most used formulation in mechanics in general.
Available in 10 ml, 50 ml, 250 ml bottles and 3 and 6 kg cans.
SPEED BOND R-150
Weak resistance. For holding small adjusting and assembly screws which may be subject to adjustment or easy disassembly.
Available in 10 ml, 50 ml, 250 ml bottles and 3 and 6 kg cans.
SPEED BOND R-500
Weak resistance. For locking and sealing screws, nuts and fittings in general, as well as for threaded couplings in light alloy, aluminum and brass which could be damaged during disassembly.
Available in bottles of 10 ml, 50 ml, 250 ml and cans of 3 and 6 kg.
SPEED BOND 1848
High strength, general purpose. To lock studs and threads from M14 to M40, to seal and lock cylindrical couplings and threaded parts (gas pitch up to ½”) in pneumatic, oleodynamic and hydraulic circuits.

High strength, general purpose.
Suitable for larger diameters, higher density and strength.
To lock studs and threads from M14 to M40, to seal and lock cylindrical couplings and threaded parts (gas pitch up to 3″) in pneumatic, oil-hydraulic and hydraulic circuits.
Available in 10 ml, 50 ml, 250 ml bottles and 3 and 6 kg cans.
